Muddy Puddles - Pop-Up Shop
Muddy Puddles opened its first physical retail space with a pop-up shop at Bicester Village in January 2018. I was responsible for creating the retail environment, including signage, posters, POS and interior design.
Planning
Before opening the shop, Muddy Puddles was required to submit our plans to Bicester Village for approval. I worked with an interior designer to create plans, elevations and 3D models showing how we planned to use the space. I also created mood boards with references for props and theming.
The shop
I liaised with a variety of printers, builders and manufacturers to design and produce the creative elements within the shop. These included the exterior and interior signage, shop units, vinyl graphics for the windows and walls, bespoke wallpaper, posters, flyers and POS. Before opening, I sourced props and worked with a visual merchandiser to decorate the space, bringing the creative vision for the space to life.
